Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, handle calls, and manage front-office operations.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and tour information.
- Generate and follow up on leads to support sales targets.
- Coordinate appointments, customer records, and daily administrative activities.
- Promote community events, group departures, and referral programs.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and customer experiences.
