About the Role
We are hiring a Junior Meta Ads Executive with hands-on experience in running Meta Ads campaigns. You will support our performance marketing team on international service-based and e‑commerce projects and help execute and optimize campaigns for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage basic Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for awareness, traffic, and conversions.
Work on audience targeting, including locations, demographics, interests, and custom/lookalike audiences as per project requirements.
Assist with retargeting campaigns for website visitors, add-to-cart users, and other warm audiences.
Create and maintain campaign structures (campaigns, ad sets, ads) following internal SOPs and performance goals.
Coordinate with design and content teams to get creatives and copies ready and upload them correctly in Meta Ads Manager.
Monitor daily performance metrics like impressions, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions and share regular updates with senior team members.
Implement optimisation recommendations (pausing ads, budget shifts, bid changes, updating creatives) given by Senior Meta Ads Specialists.
Support pixel and event checks to ensure Meta Pixel and conversion tracking are working properly after setup by seniors.
Participate in A/B tests (creative, audience, placements) and document learnings to improve results over time.
Contribute to overall social media marketing efforts by understanding platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with clear exposure to running live campaigns.
Strong understanding of basic campaign objectives (awareness, traffic, leads, sales) and funnel-based advertising.
Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign creation, ad setup, and performance monitoring.
Familiarity with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking concepts and willingness to learn deeper tracking and attribution.
Ability to read performance data and take simple, logical optimisation steps based on numbers.
Good communication skills and comfort in sharing reports and updates with internal teams and stakeholders.
Basic understanding of social media marketing concepts and paid vs organic growth.
Knowledge of Google Ads or other paid platforms will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
