Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated PLC Programmer with 0–3 years of experience in industrial automation and machine programming. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, HMI development, panel troubleshooting, machine commissioning, and supporting automation projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs.
- Design and develop HMI/SCADA screens.
- Perform machine commissioning and testing at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, and electrical control panel issues.
- Read and understand electrical drawings and control circuits.
- Coordinate with design, electrical, and production teams.
- Support installation and startup of SPM and automation machines.
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports.
- Ensure project completion within timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Omron, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HMI and SCADA systems.
- Knowledge of electrical control panels and wiring.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for machine installation and commissioning.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, or related field.
