Position Summary As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR operations. This internship is a great opportunity to learn about HR processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open roles.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help in drafting and updating HR policies and documents.
- Support payroll and attendance tracking as needed.
- Work on HR analytics and reporting tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
