Experience: 8+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute work strictly as per IFC drawings / approved method statements
- Supervise RCC, finishing, industrial floors, drains, structures, foundations and utilities
- Coordinate manpower and subcontractors daily
- Monitor productivity and meet construction targets
- Verify shuttering, reinforcement, levels, line & layout
- Coordinate inspections, QA/QC checks and punch closure
- Maintain DPR, material consumption and progress records
- Report directly to PM / Sr PM
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
