- Supervise bird weighing during loading or sale
- Ensure weighing scale is accurate and working properly
- Check average bird weight and total quantity
- Prevent weight loss or cheating during weighment
- Coordinate with farm staff, buyers, and transport team
- Maintain daily weighment and dispatch records
- Ensure birds are handled carefully to avoid injury
- Follow company rules and bio-security measures
