Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate .NET Trainer to join our training team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Full Stack Development, along with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on .NET technologies.
- Explain programming concepts using real-time examples and practical coding exercises.
- Deliver hands-on training in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
- Train students on ASP.NET MVC, Web API and RESTful API development.
- Provide training on Entity Framework / EF Core, LINQ and ADO.NET.
- Teach database development using SQL Server, SQL queries, Stored Procedures and database design.
- Cover frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap.
- Guide students in developing real-time .NET Full Stack projects.
- Conduct coding assignments, assessments, mock interviews and technical discussions.
- Help students understand debugging, exception handling and application performance.
- Provide code reviews and individual mentoring.
- Prepare course materials, assignments, projects and interview questions.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft .NET technologies and industry trends.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant .NET development and/or training experience.
- Prior experience as a .NET Trainer, Technical Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Faculty, or .NET Developer is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring and helping candidates become job-ready.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with hands-on experience as a .NET Full Stack Developer who have worked on real-time applications and have a passion for teaching are highly preferred.
