About Arushi Agrawal
Arushi Agrawal is a Certified Lactation Consultant based in Jaipur, helping mothers navigate breastfeeding, infant care, and early parenting with confidence. Having worked with leading hospitals and supported over 5,000 mothers across India, her mission is to make evidence-based breastfeeding support accessible, practical, and reassuring for every family.
Today, her Instagram community has grown organically to over 34,000 followers and is ready for its next phase of growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, hands-on content professional who can partner closely with Arushi to build one of India’s most trusted and engaging maternal health Instagram brands.
This is not a typical social media management role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys brainstorming ideas, filming content, directing shoots, creating engaging Reels, and helping grow an audience through meaningful storytelling and strong content strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a monthly Instagram content strategy
- Identify content opportunities, trends, and growth levers
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and community building
Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels
- Direct and coach Arushi during video shoots
- Create compelling hooks, scripts, and story-driven content
- Produce carousels, educational posts, infographics, testimonials, and awareness campaigns
- Maintain a consistent and elevated visual identity across the page
Community Management
- Schedule and publish content
- Monitor comments and messages
- Engage with the audience in a warm, authentic, and professional manner
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Based in Jaipur and available for in-person content shoots
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing Instagram accounts
- Strong portfolio showcasing Reels, content strategy, and account growth
- Excellent video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
- Strong Canva design skills
- Ability to write engaging captions in both English and Hindi
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
Bonus Points
- Experience in healthcare, parenting, wellness, education, or personal brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram analytics and growth strategies
- Photography and videography skills
