Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, sales-oriented Tour Consultant with experience in FIT, MICE, and Corporate Travel. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design customized travel experiences while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries for Domestic and International FIT holiday packages.
- Plan and sell customized travel itineraries based on client requirements and budgets.
- Manage Corporate Travel requirements, including business travel arrangements and employee travel.
- Coordinate MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) travel solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and detailed itineraries.
- Negotiate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while meeting monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and repeat customers.
- Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure seamless travel execution.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, airline policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Travel & Tourism qualification is an advantage).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in FIT, MICE, or Corporate Travel Sales.
- Excellent knowledge of International and Domestic destinations.
- Experience in itinerary planning, costing, and package customization.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and travel booking platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
