Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Department: Admissions / Sales / Business Development
Reporting To: Team Leader / Manager
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Job Summary:
The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for contacting prospective students/customers, providing information about programs and services, generating leads, and supporting the admission/sales process. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain course details/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Generate and qualify leads for the counselling/sales team.
- Schedule appointments for counselling sessions.
- Follow up regularly to ensure lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with prospects.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
Compensation:
Salary as per company standards + Performance-based incentives.
