Datasabai India is expanding its technical team in Bangalore and is looking for motivated ERP professionals who want to grow their expertise in Infor M3 and enterprise integrations.
Job Summary
This role is suited for hands‑on functional profiles with solid exposure to Infor M3, and practical experience business daily usage. You will work closely with integration teams to deliver reliable and well‑integrated ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Infor M3 Functional Expertise (Finance, Supply chain, Procurement)
- Provide functional expertise and support for Infor M3 environments
- Develop, maintain, and enhance customization, configuration table to execute business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test and production environments
- Educate, reassure the customers with outstanding communication skill
Integration, Interface & Connectivity
- Design, build, and maintain configuration in Infor M3
- Support EDI interfaces (orders, invoices, logistics messages, etc.)
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on integration topics
Technical Configuration & Data
- Manage M3 technical objects, tables, programs, jobs, and batch processes
- Assist with master data and transactional data flows
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot queries from business
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Produce and maintain technical documentation (interfaces, mappings, procedures)
- Participate in technical design reviews and discussions
Required Skills & Experience
Core Requirements
- Good understanding of ERP technical concepts and data flows
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in production support environments
- Infor M3 technical framework and development tools
Technical Skills (one or more)
- Infor M3 technical framework and development tools
- EDI standards (basic to intermediate level)
Soft Skills
- Strong problem‑solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work across technical and functional teams
