Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information about our products/services, and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers through calls and messages.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English is preferred.
Eligibility
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be an advantage.
