Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage retail dealer/distributor networks across the assigned territory.
- Generate and close project sales through architects, builders, contractors, consultants and interior designers.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and key project clients.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and payment collection.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and regular MIS reports.
Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in Building Materials / Construction Materials / Interior Products.
- Strong experience in Retail + Project Sales.
- Should have an established network among dealers, distributors, architects, builders and contractors in Calicut/Kerala.
