This role will play a critical part in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of private-label products and menu offerings, enabling faster product innovation, regulatory compliance, supplier collaboration, and seamless commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Oracle PLM & Brand Compliance workstream, managing product vision, roadmap, backlog, and Agile delivery.
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Innovation Management, Product Development, Product Hub (PIM), and Brand Compliance solutions.
- Design and optimize product lifecycle processes for:
- Private-label product development
- Product specifications management
- Recipe formulation and menu engineering
- Ingredient and packaging lifecycle management
- Establish compliance frameworks for:
- Nutritional labeling
- Allergen management
- Product safety and quality standards
- Regulatory certifications and reporting
- Enable supplier collaboration through streamlined onboarding, product data submissions, audit tracking, and sustainability compliance.
- Drive integration across Oracle PLM, Oracle Retail, and Oracle ERP ecosystems to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency.
- Lead commercialization readiness activities including product validation, packaging approvals, item master governance, and launch execution.
- Leverage analytics and AI-driven insights to improve sourcing decisions, product quality, compliance monitoring, and operational performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, or Product Lifecycle Management domains.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM
- Oracle Product Development
- Oracle Innovation Management
- Oracle Product Hub (PIM)
- Deep understanding of:
- Product lifecycle management (PLM)
- Private-label product development
- Recipe and menu lifecycle management
- Product specifications and formulation
- Packaging and labeling compliance
- Experience working with global suppliers and cross-functional business teams.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant supply chains and product commercialization processes.
- 3+ years of Agile/Scrum/SAFe Product Owner experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Retail Brand Compliance Management and Oracle Retail solutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integrations.
- Experience integrating PLM solutions with ERP, POS, Retail, and Supply Chain applications.
- Familiarity with GFSI standards, ESG reporting, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Product Owner, Scrum, SAFe, or Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
