We are looking for a **dynamic, hands-on Manager** to lead and scale our growing F&B catering operations.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end **F&B, Events & catering operations**
- **Tuck shop / cafeteria operations** and vendor management
- Corporate catering, events & food service execution
- Team handling, manpower planning & performance management
- Vendor onboarding, coordination & commercial negotiations
- Quality, hygiene, food safety & statutory compliance
- Cost control, inventory & operational efficiency
- Client relationship management & service excellence
- Manage multiple locations and ensure smooth execution
- Drive **revenue, profitability & customer satisfaction**
