Bengal Runner is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, along with the ability to drive sales, manage client relationships, and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- MBA preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in field sales or business development is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within Kolkata.
