About the Role:
Seedwill Consulting is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive revenue across multiple real estate verticals. This role requires a highly motivated professional who can simultaneously manage real estate consulting sales and developer-side business, including our premium farm villa projects in Goa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales for real estate consulting services, including client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closure
- Generate revenue by identifying and converting new business opportunities in the real estate sector
- Manage and grow developer-side business, specifically focusing on farm villa projects in Goa
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, HNIs, developers, and channel partners
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and leadership) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Handle client consultations, site visits, negotiations, and closures effectively
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on performance metrics
Key Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, consulting, or developer sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment products, and customer behavior
- Experience in handling luxury or second-home/farm villa projects is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple business lines simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on revenue growth
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Bangalore real estate market and exposure to Goa projects is desirable

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
