We are looking for a Landing Page Optimization Specialist who can improve conversion rates by optimizing landing pages, user experience, and campaign alignment. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and focused on delivering high-converting pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates
- Identify user behavior patterns and reduce bounce rates
- Conduct A/B testing on headlines, layouts, CTAs, and forms
- Work closely with Google Ads / paid campaigns to improve performance
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, and engagement
- Use tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and tracking tools
- Suggest improvements for UI/UX and funnel performance
Requirements
For Freshers:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and landing pages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in CRO and user experience
- Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
For Experienced Candidates:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in landing page optimization / CRO
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies
- Understanding of user behavior and conversion strategies
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and tracking tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred)
