Rarefiction Media is looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio, sharp visual sense, and the ability to turn ideas into scroll-stopping brand communication.
We’re not looking for someone who simply knows Photoshop.
We’re looking for a designer who can think, concept, and create.

- Digital Advertisements
- Campaign Creatives
- Brand Identity & Visual Systems
- Posters, Banners & Promotional Creatives
- Presentations & Marketing Collaterals
From a premium automotive campaign to a fast-moving social media creative, every design should communicate an idea — not just fill a space.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop creative concepts based on brand briefs
- Design high-quality social media creatives
- Create campaign identities and visual directions
- Develop Instagram posts, carousels, stories and advertising creatives
- Work on branding, typography, layouts and visual systems
- Create premium advertising creatives for clients
- Collaborate with creative directors, video editors, photographers and social media managers
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines
- Present creative concepts and take feedback positively
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
SOFTWARE
Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
Good to have:
- After Effects
- Figma
- Premiere Pro
- Motion Graphics
- AI-assisted creative tools
WE WANT TO SEE A STRONG PORTFOLIO
Your portfolio matters more than your resume.
We want to see real creative thinking, not just software skills.
Your portfolio should ideally include:
BRANDING
Logos, brand identity, typography, color systems and brand applications.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Strong Instagram posts, carousels, campaign creatives and visual storytelling.
ADVERTISING
Campaign concepts, promotional creatives and performance-oriented designs.
PREMIUM DESIGN
Luxury, automotive, fashion, jewellery, hospitality or lifestyle work.
CREATIVE CONCEPTS
Ideas where the design communicates a story or concept — not just a pretty layout.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT?
You:
- Have a strong sense of composition, typography and hierarchy
- Understand how brands should look and feel
- Can create both minimal and highly expressive designs
- Know how to work with references without simply copying them
- Understand current social media design trends
- Can develop concepts from a simple brief
- Have strong attention to detail
- Can handle multiple brands and deadlines
- Are comfortable with creative feedback
- Constantly look for ways to make your work better

At Rarefiction Media, you'll work alongside creatives, filmmakers, photographers, editors and strategists to build campaigns that people remember.
You won't just execute designs.

1–3+ years preferred
Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also be considered.
