Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Detailer to join our PEB team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in steel detailing using Tekla Structures and be capable of independently handling detailing activities for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects, from modelling through fabrication drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 3D models and detailed fabrication drawings.
- Generate GA drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings, assembly drawings, single-part drawings, NC files, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, QA/QC, and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review structural drawings and resolve detailing issues.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and company quality standards.
- Handle revisions based on client or design team comments.
- Review the work of junior detailers and provide technical guidance.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Thorough understanding of PEB structures, steel detailing, fabrication, and erection processes.
- Ability to interpret structural and fabrication drawings.
- Experience in preparing NC files, BOM, and material reports.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in PEB or structural steel detailing.
- Experience in handling industrial, warehouse, commercial, or factory building projects is preferred.
Salary: Based on interview performance and relevant experience.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
