Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in preparing vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
- Wash, peel, cut, and store vegetables as instructed.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, preparation areas, and storage rooms.
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing food supplies.
- Refill ingredients and kitchen supplies as required.
- Support chefs during food production and meal service.
- Segregate and dispose of kitchen waste according to company procedures.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Wear proper uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Chef.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
