Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to teach students from Grades 3 to 7. The teacher will be responsible for making science interesting and engaging through interactive lessons, activities, and experiments while ensuring students understand basic scientific concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Science to students from Grades 3 to 7 according to the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials.
- Conduct simple experiments and hands-on activities.
- Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and classroom participation.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry among students.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Maintain student records and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related field.
- B.Ed. qualification compulsory.
- Prior teaching experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain scientific concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Passion for working with children and fostering a love for learning.
