Job Summary
Maruthi Cottage Industries is hiring skilled Motor Winding & Connection Technicians for pump set production work, including body-type, Mono-Block, and Costing model motors for Aqua Group job orders. The role involves winding, assembly, electrical connection, testing, and finishing of pump motors as per specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform motor winding for Body, Mono Block, and Costing type pump motors.
- Carry out electrical connections and internal wiring of pump sets.
- Assemble pump motor components accurately as per drawing/specifications.
- Ensure proper insulation, fitting, and alignment of winding work.
- Test pump motors for performance, load, and electrical continuity.
- Identify and repair winding or connection defects.
- Maintain quality standards as per Aqua Group job order requirements.
- Follow production targets and complete assigned job orders on time.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace safety standards.
- Support supervisors in production planning and output tracking.
Qualifications
- ITI (Electrician / Wireman / Fitter) preferred.
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronics is an added advantage.
- Freshers with interest in motor winding can apply.
- Prior experience in pump motor winding is preferred.
