Job Description – Finance Manager
One Point Finance looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations at their location.

Experience
5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall accounting and financial operations of the hotel.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, GST, and audits.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
- Monitor cost control and revenue analysis to improve profitability.
- Supervise daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure timely closing of books and financial reporting.
- Support management in financial decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance; CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Experience in IDS Software will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
