Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Interior Project Manager to oversee project execution, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of interior design projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular client meetings to provide project updates, finalize material selections, and resolve concerns.
- Plan material requirements, coordinate procurement, and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Monitor project schedules, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues while maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction by providing timely communication and professional support throughout the project.
- Maintain project documentation including contracts, quotations, invoices, change orders, work schedules, and progress reports.
- Track attendance and productivity of site workers.
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution quality and ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in interior project execution or project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, finishes, and detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
