Main Scope of Work
Housekeeping Staff Management
Supervise housekeeping attendants and cleaners.
Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
Train staff on cleaning procedures and safety.
Cleaning Operations
Ensure daily cleaning of rooms, offices, washrooms, corridors, and common areas.
Monitor quality of cleaning and hygiene standards.
Conduct regular inspections.
Material & Inventory Control
Maintain stock of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment.
Raise purchase requests when required.
Control wastage of materials.
Equipment Maintenance
Ensure proper use of vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, polishers, etc.
Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure safe handling of chemicals.
Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Implement pest control and sanitation programs.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain attendance records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports.
Track complaints and corrective actions.
Client/Guest Coordination
Handle housekeeping complaints and service requests.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹35,134.25 per month
