Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and expand our client base for enterprise solutions, including CRM, SAP, and ERP products. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
- Promote and sell CRM, SAP, and ERP solutions to prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable product solutions
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution alignment
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in CRM, ERP, or SAP solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
