Front Office Executive – Dental Clinic
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the reception and administrative operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a dental clinic or hospital and should be comfortable handling patient appointments, billing, and front desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communications.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Manage billing, payments, invoices, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Process insurance documentation (if applicable).
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans.
- Handle patient queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive/Receptionist in a dental clinic or hospital (mandatory).
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinic/hospital management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dental practice management software.
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Experience handling insurance claims and patient billing.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
Location: NATIONAL DENTAL CARE
Pay: ₹15,832.48 - ₹22,298.74 per month
