Job Title: Child Facilitator
Job Description:
We're seeking a caring and enthusiastic Kindergarden Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters the overall development of young children.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in Junior and Senior KG's.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Basic Degree (any discipline) completed
- Additional certifications such as Montessori, Early Childhood Education, or B.Ed. are preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Ability to connect with young children and create a warm, welcoming environment
- Knowledge of Hindi language is an added advantage
- Teach children through fun activities, storytelling, music, games, and hands-on learning
- Support children’s communication, social, emotional, and motor skill development
- Conduct interactive classroom activities including phonics, rhymes, art & craft, yoga, and outdoor play
- Observe and track each child’s progress and development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s learning and classroom activities
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, discipline, and child safety at all times
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and activity planning
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹8000 - ₹10,000 per month
- Experienced (2+ years in preschool field): ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM - 4.15 PM
- Alternative Saturdays off (every other Saturday is a holiday)
