In this role, you will take complete ownership of our D2C e-commerce website's digital growth, from scaling paid performance campaigns to optimizing organic traffic and enhancing customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Website Management: Own, manage, and scale the daily operations of our D2C e-commerce website.
- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels to maximize ROI.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user journeys, funnels, and landing pages to improve website traffic-to-conversion rates.
- Organic & Retention Marketing: Oversee SEO strategies, design and execute email marketing flows, SMS campaigns, and customer retargeting strategies.
- Content & Creative Collaboration: Coordinate with design, content, and product photography teams to produce high-converting ad creatives and copies.
- Data Analytics: Routinely track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR) to the founding team.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and customer support teams to ensure a unified brand presence.
Pay: ₹24,079.99 - ₹42,837.45 per month
