About the Role
CyTech Consulting is looking for a proactive, strategic, and growth-oriented HR Manager & HR Advisor to help establish and develop our HR function from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity for an HR professional who wants to contribute beyond traditional HR operations. The selected candidate will work closely with the founders and leadership team to develop HR systems, create policies and SOPs, support talent acquisition, build organizational processes, and contribute to the company's long-term growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business growth mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to independently build structured HR processes in a growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Function Development
- Establish and develop the HR function for a growing startup.
- Create a structured HR framework aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Develop HR strategies to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Work closely with the founders and management team on people-related and organizational matters.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
2. HR Policies, SOPs & Process Development
- Create, document, implement, and maintain HR-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs ).
- Develop employee handbooks, HR policies, workplace guidelines, and internal processes.
- Establish structured processes for:
- Recruitment and selection
- Employee on boarding and induction
- Attendance and leave management
- Performance management
- Employee engagement
- Employee development
- Grievance handling
- Employee exit and offboarding
- Build scalable HR systems that can grow with the organization.
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Prepare job descriptions and define role requirements.
- Develop structured recruitment and selection processes.
- Screen and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process.
- Develop effective onboarding and induction systems.
- Support talent retention and employee development initiatives.
4. Employee Relations & People Management
- Act as a key HR point of contact for employees and management.
- Handle employee queries, concerns, and workplace matters professionally.
- Support employee engagement and organizational culture development.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Promote a professional, ethical, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
5. Business & Organizational Growth
- Contribute ideas and initiatives that support business growth.
- Understand the relationship between people, organizational structure, and business performance.
- Support the development of a strong company culture aligned with CyTech Consulting's mission and values.
- Assist in workforce planning and future organizational development.
- Develop HR processes that are practical, efficient, and scalable.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources (MBA HR) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in a startup, technology company, consulting organization, or growing business is preferred.
- Practical experience in HR policy development and SOP creation.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively with founders and senior management.
