About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Interior Designer who is passionate about lighting and wants to dedicate their career to it. This is a growth-focused role designed to shape you into a full-fledged Lighting Designer — from concept to execution, you will own projects end-to-end and grow with us.
KRAs
- Develop and execute lighting design concepts for residential & commercial spaces
- Prepare detailed lighting layouts, plans & drawings using AutoCAD & SketchUp
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee lighting installation & execution
- Attend client meetings, understand briefs & present design proposals
- Manage projects end-to-end — from initial design to final execution
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors & procurement teams for lighting solutions
- Create visual presentations & mood boards using Photoshop

- Genuinely passionate about lighting design as a long-term career
- Dedicated, self-driven & eager to learn on the job
- Detail-oriented with strong creative & technical ability
- Comfortable with site visits, client interactions & project ownership
- Team player with good communication skills
- Fluent in English — verbal & written
- Ambitious to grow into an established Lighting Designer over time
Key Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in residential & commercial interior design
- Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop & drafting tools
- Basic to working knowledge of lighting fixtures, specifications & layouts
- Strong visualization, drafting & presentation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
