Salary - Up to ₹5 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)
Role Overview
We are looking for result-driven Learning Consultants to handle admissions for UG programs. This role involves student counselling + sales conversion through calls and virtual interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and explain program offerings
- Understand career goals and recommend suitable courses
- Drive complete admission lifecycle
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM updates
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales / education sales / counselling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Background
- EdTech / Education / Coaching industry experience
- UG admissions exposure is a plus
- Immediate joiners preferred
