About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Automation QA JavaScript Engineer to build and maintain automation for an enterprise-grade Agent Development Platform (ADP) powered by AI. This role focuses on validating highly distributed, AI-driven applications where quality extends beyond functional testing to resilience, reliability, security, scalability, and platform stability.
You will design automation that validates frontend, backend, APIs, AI workflows, and long-running distributed processes while ensuring the platform consistently meets enterprise-grade quality standards. Working closely with AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, and Product teams, you will help establish automated quality gates that support continuous delivery and reliable releases.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Automate UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for modern web applications.
- Build automation for AI-powered applications, validating LLM, RAG, and Generative AI workflows.
- Create reusable test suites for backend services, APIs, and distributed workflows.
- Validate long-running workflows, failure recovery, retry mechanisms, and workflow resiliency.
- Perform negative, boundary, concurrency, and failure-injection testing.
- Develop automated validation for multi-tenant security and tenant isolation.
- Execute SQL validation and backend database testing.
- Perform performance, load, and scalability testing to validate platform non-functional requirements.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Create synthetic test datasets and reusable automation utilities.
- Analyze defects, collaborate with development teams, and improve product quality.
- Participate in test strategy, release validation, and continuous quality improvements.
