Job Title: Amazon & Flipkart Marketplace Expert (2–3 Years Experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon & Flipkart Marketplace Expert to manage and grow our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling seller accounts, product listings, inventory, and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace seller accounts
- Create and optimize product listings for better visibility and sales
- Handle inventory management and stock updates
- Process and monitor customer orders efficiently
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Plan strategies to improve product ranking and marketplace growth
- Manage pricing, promotions, and deals
- Coordinate for returns, customer issues, and account health
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Amazon/Flipkart account handling
- Good knowledge of product listing optimization (SEO)
- Experience in inventory and order management
- Understanding of ads/promotions on marketplaces
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and e-commerce tools
