What you will be doing? (Your key responsibilities):
- Addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints through various channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Coordinating and communicating with other departments such as sales, logistics, or technical support to ensure issue resolution.
- Checking duplicate orders and making calls to customers for order confirmation.
- NDR-Doing NDR calls to confirm RTO and re-attempt with customers, submitting the data to logistics.
- Follow-ups for delivery and maintaining RTO refunds.
