Job Description: Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Aham Housing Finance is responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and managing business opportunities within the affordable housing sector. This role involves overseeing a regional sales team, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
- Responsible for achievement of Disbursement targets allotted to the branch on Housing & mortgage Loans and insurance premiums.
- Responsible for the meeting the Weighted Average Yield target allotted to the branch.
- Responsible for Portfolio growth of the branch and retention of existing customers.
- Monitoring the activities of the Branch teams at all locations and ensure regular flow of business
- Empanelment of the direct sourcing agents at all locations regularly to ensure steady flow of business from major sourcing channels
- Planning & execution of marketing activities of the locations with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis
- Monitoring productivity of the Branch teams and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis
