Job Description: - Manager (Quality Control )
The candidate must have B Sc / M Sc from a premium institute with 20/25 yrs of experience in Chemical industries (specially in powder production plant): -
Candidate must be having: -
1. Qualification - At Least B Sc / M Sc in Chemistry and having experience of 20 to 25 yrs (if the candidate from Alumina field then 15 to 20 yrs of experience is sufficient). Must have capacity to lead a team of 15-20 technicians in a continuous process plant.
2. Candidate must have quality of quick adaptability, analytical mindset and confident on quality control and quality management system.
3. Well conversant with MS office (like excel, words & PPT presentation)
4. Well conversant with ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001.
5. have sound knowledge on the analysis of Bauxite, Alumina, Caustic, Lime, Water, Coal & Fly Ash.
6. have technical knowledge of Gravimetric and volumetric analysis along with instrument operation.
7. Hands-on experience on operation & calibration of the equipment like Potentiometric Titrator, XRF, TGA, Bomb Calorimeter, Spectrophotometer, Sedigraph, PSD, Rotap Sieve Shaker, UV Spectrophotometer.
8. The ideal candidate can look from Alumina with 15/20 yrs of experience in Alumina Refinery laboratory.
