Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in IT/software sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting ERP, CRM, and Custom Software (Web & Mobile Applications), and achieving sales targets across Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales exposure, good understanding of client requirements, and the ability to close software deals independently.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new leads for ERP, CRM, and custom software solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and software demonstrations.
- Understand client business processes and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop business opportunities in assigned regions.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction during pre-sales and negotiation stages.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for solution discussions.
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into confirmed orders.
3. Marketing Support
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM systems.
4. Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide management with feedback on customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT/software sales (ERP/CRM preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales and target achievement.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling ERP/CRM solutions such as:
- SAP Business One
- Odoo
- Salesforce
- Understanding of business processes across industries.
- Proficiency in regional languages (Malayalam/Tamil).
- Existing client network in South India.
