- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop environments and business applications.
- Strong understanding of incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Ability to create and manage Requests for Change and maintain comprehensive knowledge base documentation.
- Effective collaboration skills to work with vendors and internal teams for issue analysis and resolution.
