Business-fluent English; effectively coordinates across UK, Iberia, and Italy regions from an offshore location
Product / offering management experience — owns the roadmap for existing enhancements and new offering development across the three regions
Understanding of cybersecurity offerings and the mid-market buyer — translates regional market needs into productized, repeatable propositions
Cross-functional coordination across sales, engineering, and SMEs to gather requirements and prioritize the backlog
Defines propositions, packaging, and go-to-market collateral for curated / preconfigured mid-market cyber solutions
Good to have skills:
Experience with security ISV / partner solutions and managed-services commercial models
Agile / product-management methodology experience
Industry knowledge in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Public Sector is an advantage
Experience:
8+ years in product management, offering development, or pre-sales engineering in a cybersecurity or technology services environment
Proven track record owning product roadmaps and translating market requirements into packaged, repeatable solutions
Experience coordinating across multiple geographies and working with offshore and onshore teams in European markets
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Certifications:
Product management (e.g. Pragmatic Institute), Agile / Scrum, or relevant security certifications are a plus
Job Summary:
The Mid-Market Sales Engineer owns product and offering management for Accenture’s Mid-Market Cyber Security practice across UK, Iberia, and Italy. Working offshore, this role coordinates enhancements and new offering development — translating regional needs into repeatable cyber propositions and equipping the sales team with packaging and collateral to win in the mid-market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own the cyber security offering roadmap — coordinating product enhancements and new proposition development across UK, Iberia, and Italy
Gather and synthesise regional requirements from sales, SMEs, and clients — translating them into prioritised backlog items and repeatable propositions
Define proposition packaging and go-to-market collateral for curated mid-market cyber solutions — SOC/MDR, identity, cloud security, SASE, endpoint
Coordinate across sales, engineering, and SMEs to align on requirements, priorities, and launch readiness
Support sales enablement — equipping AEs and pre-sales with proposition playbooks, collateral, and competitive positioning
Monitor offering performance and client feedback — feeding insights into the roadmap to keep propositions market-relevant
Leverage AI tools to accelerate proposition development, market research, and collateral creation
Professional & Technical Skills:
Product and offering management — roadmap ownership, backlog prioritisation, and proposition development
Cybersecurity domain awareness — mid-market offerings across SOC/MDR, identity, cloud security, SASE, and endpoint
