Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls
Book, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments
Explain clinic services, timings, and doctor availability
Follow up with patients for consultations, reports, and treatments
Maintain patient records and call details
Respond politely to patient queries and complaints
Remind patients about follow-up visits
Coordinate with doctors, reception, and billing staff
Generate leads and promote clinic services if required
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Polite and professional behavior
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle patient queries calmly
Good listening and convincing skills
Time management and multitasking ability
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
