Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages to guests as per service standards.
- Ensure timely service and attend to guest needs during their dining experience.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and kitchen support areas.
- Clean and maintain utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
- Follow hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle basic guest queries and escalate concerns to the supervisor when required.
Requirements:
- Basic communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in hospitality/service is preferred
