Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop sales and business opportunities in the footwear market. The candidate will be responsible for visiting footwear retailers, wholesalers, distributors and potential customers, promoting company products, generating orders and maintaining strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit footwear shops, retailers, wholesalers and distributors to promote company products.
- Generate new customers and develop existing customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Take product orders and coordinate with the company for timely order fulfilment.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential dealers/distributors.
- Explain product features, pricing and schemes to customers.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection.
- Maintain daily sales and field-visit reports.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market demand and customer preferences.
- Maintain professional relationships with retailers, dealers and distributors.
Eligibility
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for market visits.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with footwear sales experience will be preferred.

Salary
Salary will be offered as per the candidate’s skills, experience and performance.
Travel Expenses
Official travel expenses such as petrol/travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
