Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through phone calls and follow up on leads.
- Explain our digital marketing services to prospective customers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with interested clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
