Job Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and explain products/services professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product suggestions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for sales conversion.
- Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement.
- Coordinate with production and accounts departments regarding orders and payments.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
- Support billing and order processing activities.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Experience in showroom sales preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,500.00 per month
