Job Role Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized CRM Executive to strengthen customer relationships and support our sales and service operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and WhatsApp.
· Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
· Coordinate with the Sales, Service and Purchase teams for timely customer support.
· Follow-up on quotations, orders, payments, and service requests.
· Schedule service visits and ensure timely customer communication.
· Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
· Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
· 1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, sales coordination, or a similar role.
· Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
· Good verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
