Role: Customer service representative
Details: Assisting customers and potential customers with their queries and requests. Resolving customer complaints. Incharge of building and maintaining positive relationships amidst customers and all external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering inquires
- Resolving issues
- Managing customer accounts
- Coordinating with relevant departments to successfully resolve consumer conflict
Required qualifications:
· Proficient in English and Tamil
Qualification preferred:
· Previous experience working with ecommerce brands (preferred, not required)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
