Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Milling Operator to operate and maintain CNC milling machines for precision manufacturing processes. The candidate should be capable of reading technical drawings, setting up machines, monitoring production quality, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC milling machines as per production requirements
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on CNC machines
Monitor machine operations and maintain quality standards
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
Maintain production records and daily reports
Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams for process improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification
Experience in CNC Milling machine operation is preferred
Knowledge of CNC controls and machining processes
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments
Basic understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds
Good problem-solving and teamwork skills

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred experience: 1–5 years in CNC Milling operations
Salary
Salary will be based on experience and skill level.
Pay: ₹8,514.24 - ₹43,892.68 per month
