Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Customer Support experience is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Versant Level 4 or Level 5 is mandatory.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
